Rules & Regulations
Sportsmanship
- All participants are required to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner toward fellow participants at all times.
- Any unsportsmanlike conduct shall result in immediate disqualification from any ongoing tournament without the possibility of appeal.
Judges Discretion
- All decisions rendered by the judges shall be final and binding, unless a formal protest is filed immediately in accordance with the established procedures.
Protesting Criteria
- Protests must be submitted immediately following the run in question, prior to the continuation of the tournament.
- A protest fee equal to the event's entrance fee must be paid in full at the time of submission.
- Should the protest be deemed successful, the fee will be refunded in full.
- If the protest is overruled, the fee will be forfeited.
Safety
- External devices emitting smoke, sound, or any similarly distracting effects are prohibited
- All equipment, including but not limited to vehicles, must be maintained in a manner that ensures no risk or hazard to fellow participants
- Batteries must be handled responsibly, including but not limited to the use of a LiPo bag during charging procedures
- Any vehicle deemed unsafe will result in the disqualification of the competitor from any ongoing tournament
